What I'm Loving!!! January 2010

So since I recently bleached and dyed my hair, I was very worried about my hair getting fried :(

But luckily, I found some products that didn't kill my hair so I love them. Also got some new makeup and whatnot so I'm loving those too!

This is what I used to bleach my hair. I used a 20 Volume instead of 30 because I was scared of killing my hair (like I already said... It's something I worry about alot :X) It worked fine! Missed a couple spots and have to rebleach 3 days later and my hair was still silky after my shower (I used ANOTHER product to help with that too which I'll mention in a second)
Salon Care Prism Lites smells AMAZING! It doesn't have that horrible strong bleach smell! It's kind of like... Blueberrys? It's just nice to not have to deal with a stinky head! I got bother of these from Sally's Beauty Supply!

Nexxus Humectress is a life saver!!! Every time I use this, my hair feels AMAZINGLY silky and is so nice and shiney which is saying something since my hair should be making a haystack look soft by now. This bottle is HUGE too, it was $30 at Rite Aid BUT they also have a smaller bottle for cheaper...Not sure how much cheaper.... But cheaper none the less! I honestly know I'll never use another conditioner (unless a much better one comes out that is ;) )

High Voltage Cosmetics... Ahhh!!! These colors are soooooo fricken pretty. There are SO MANY different colors, very pigmented, LONG LASTING! I love these so very much, and Jasmine is so nice and easy to talk to. Shipping is quick and reliable! I love this company! End of story.

These are my 3 favorite shadows from High Voltage Cosmetics, "I'm With The Band" just blew me away. It is such a great bright pink!  The picture does it no justice but it was the best I could do.

I love these, you can't tell in the picture but they're blond/light brown! I don't have any other lashes like these so they're very fun to play with. Sadly, MAC discontinued them :(

And lastly, Girlish Romp by MAC which they also discontinued :( MAC, stop doing that! I didn't even buy a backup so now I'm hesitant to even play around with it. Boo! They're such great colors, so pretty and... well.. Girly! I hope to make a tutorial with it very soon!

I hope everyone had an amazing day, I really do. I had such a wonderful Christmas and I hope the same for all of you!

Silent Hill Shattered Memories! I've wanted this game the second I heard about the production and was so devastated that it was only coming out on the Wii! (I only have an XBOX 360 and PS3... Until NOW that is!!!)

A CANON REBEL XS!!!! LOVE!!! I've been wanting a Canon Rebel since.. About 7th grade haha Every year for every birthday and Christmas I'd ask for it and would never get it! This year for Christmas, I asked for clothes AND I GOT THIS! Obviously I was approaching it the wrong way since the year I didn't ask for it, I got it haha. Amazing!

That's it! Granted all these gifts were quite the surprise (I was too busy getting things for everyone, I didn't think about what I'd be getting) so I'm very very happy. Had a delicious dinner with my family Christmas Eve. Got to see the look on my brothers Face when he opened my gift and it was an XBOX 360 haha (We're all a bunch a geeks if you haven't noticed)

What I'm Loving!!! November 2009

So I just finished another tutorial, uploading it now (feels like it is taking FOREVER) and I thought it would be fun just to share the things I'm really enjoying this month.

So my most favorite thing is something I bought when I was feeling really down. Interp. of Lit. and Poetry project was driving me insane and I felt it would never get done so I bought this to lift my spirits. It worked!

I love love love this journal. I've been looking to get a new one for awhile, but this is just amazing. It's beautiful and I'm just so very happy I got it.

Next I've had for awhile but I haven't used it very much until I got the journal. The both just seem to go hand in hand (well, for what I use it for anyway)

This is a Polaroid Pogo and it's just amazing. You can print a picture anytime, anywhere, from anything! I have it connected to my cellphone via bluetooth so whatever I take a picture of or have on my phone, I just print it out wirelessly. It's also a major plus that the picture paper has a stick back (no hassling with tape or glue) so it's easy to put pictures into new awesome journal.

Next is my geeky side, Modern Warfare 2.

I was so very excited when this came out, got it the day it came out (was going to go to the midnight release but I fell asleep!!!) and I just love playing it. It is a really great game, campaign AND online play so yeah. If you're a gamer and you don't have it, YOU'RE MISSING OUT! ;)

Next is MAC's Baby Goth Girl Nail Polish!

Don't get me wrong, I do love MAC but I honestly rarely buy MAC products unless a collection I really like comes out and I love the Style Black Collection. I got basically everything EXCEPT Young Punk Mineralized Shadow which is very sad :( I love everything about the collection though and Baby Goth Girl is just such a great color, though sadly it does tend to chip after only a few days but that doesn't bother me really, I just love it so much.

Calypso Minerals Matte Rainbow Stack

I love this, Calypso Minerals shadows just have such a great color payoff and so many colors for a great price! I really love this and I'm not sure what else to say about it! How about some swatches?

Aren't they just so pretty!? The last 3 colors are Champagne Bubbles, Karma, and New Moon. They were the free samples that came with my order, SO PRETTY!!!

Next is something I just got today... Lady Gaga's new Album! The Fame Monster

I was very excited to hear her new album, especially after listening/seeing Bad Romance and it did NOT disappoint. I know not everyone loves Lady Gaga like I do, but I really think it is worth a listen. She's just so unique and in your face whether you like it or not and I love people with that type of mentality. Love them or hate them, they're here regardless. I really hope she's around for many more years to come.







Lastly is my favorite look I've been doing which is the one I made a tutorial for today, the dramatic neutral colored eyes.

It is a fun look and easy to tone down if you don't share my love for the POW! In your face kind of looks.
